Hi, I'm using Office 2016, and any emails that are over so many months old doesn't show up and I get the below message, so I have to visit the online site to view the old emails. Is there a way to stop this and have all my emails show up within my email program. Any help is much appreciated.

What happens when you click on "Click here to view more on Microsoft Exchange"? That should bring up your old emails.

Clicking the Microsoft Exchange button worked, I never actually clicked it because I assumed it would take me to the website itself. I didn't expect it to be as simple as that, but I guess sometimes the obvious option is actually as simple as it seems on this occasion. Thanks for the assistance.
