How do you get rid of this organizational behavior in File Explorer?:

Where Explorer groups directories by time ("Earlier this week","Last Week","Last Month", etc.)

I just want to see all my directories in strictly alphabetical order.

Open explorer, click on View, find the group by drop-down. You will have the dot next to Date Modified. Change it to none and you should have it alphabetical with no organization structure added.

If you are using the standard, default explorer display you have to click on the "sort" keyword to achieve the same thing.
