I tried to follow this tutorial, but with no success:

1. In the Device manager there is no Torredo driver.
2. The command "netsh interface teredo show state" shows state "disabled". Command "netsh interface teredo set state default" does not change it.
3. Command "reg query HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Service\iphlpsv\Teredo" says, there is no such registry key.
