How to enable Torredo?

I tried to follow this tutorial, but with no success:


1. In the Device manager there is no Torredo driver.

2. The command "netsh interface teredo show state" shows state "disabled". Command "netsh interface teredo set state default" does not change it.

3. Command "reg query HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Service\iphlpsv\Teredo" says, there is no such registry key.

Why would you need this transitional antiquated tunnelling technology in Windows 11 for?
Windows 11 fully supports IPv6 natively.
Are you trying to connect to an older server/network? Still, this wouldn't make sense.
Either way, I think MS stopped installing it in early Windows 10. (1803)

Ipv6 has been supported from Windows 2000. Torredo was intended not to support IPv6 locally.
