How to get the classic XP Toolbar back in Explorer (for win 11)

I'm a former Windows XP and Windows 7 guy.

I'm looking for the best 2023 way to get the explorer toolbar back. (see orange square in attached image)

In win 10, I used to use the app "OldNewExplorer" but it's not working in win 11.

ideas?

I think that it would look good if there was an option to have the Windows 11 tabs, but have the Windows 7 command bar. Concepts

Yes.

It may be of interest to note:
I use StartAllBack to enable the W7 Explorer shell, thus, I can still use Old/New Explorer to blank the Title Bar and enable classic Drive Groupings, and, I use QTTabBar for Tabs, Toolbars and other Explorer enhancements...
