How to have "Gallery" removed from the Navigation Pane right after logging on an user account for the first time after installing Windows 11 23H2? I downloaded the REG keys from this site to remove it, integrated them in a Windows 11 23H2 image and it still appears, but oddly not if I manually run them after installing Windows 11 23H2.

There is nothing odd about it, MS fixes "bad" users decisions. It is better to use post-install scripts.
By the way, have you used the option 1 or 2? System.IsPinnedToNameSpaceTree to 0 works for me.

I don't know how to use post-install scripts but according to you, they seem to be more effective than just integrating REG files.

Yes, and it didn't work.

I integrated the Remove Gallery from Navigation Pane in File Explorer for All Users REG file again with NTLite and this time "Gallery" was removed from the Navigation Pane right after logging on an user account for the first time after installing Windows 11 23H2. Odd.
