How to install individual apps via batch scripts

Good morning
I am creating batch scripts to install individual apps, which reside in the same folder.
For the Microsoft apps I run the command which works without any problems.
Code: 
powershell Add-AppxPackage "MicroMicrosoft.Paint_11.2410.39.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe.Msixbundle" > NUL 2>&1

For third party apps such as SpeedtestbyOokla the same command does not work, I also tried entering -SkipLicense but it does not work, any ideas?

I tried the script on virtual machine and it works, the problem is on my pc.
I tried manually installing the app installing also the necessary frameworks, which evidently were absent on my machine.
I couldn't figure out what version frameworks were that were missing on the pc, I can't detect them from programs and features.

For third party apps such as SpeedtestbyOokla the same command does not work, I also tried entering -SkipLicense but it does not work, any ideas?

That's why you use winget for scripting installs of Store apps. MS wrote winget, it knows how to download any missing dependencies for Store apps.

winget --accept-source-agreements --silent 9NBLGGH4Z1JC --log \path\Ookla.SpeedTest.install.log

9NBLGGH4Z1JC is the ProductID for Ookla's Speedtest.
You can also specify it by the app's name as winget lists it in the Store. There's a lot of articles online explaining how to do this.
