Hey, can I somehow take a window in chrome and make it pop out over all other windows so I see it all the time no matter where I clickM

In Microsoft Edge it's relatively easy:


To keep a detached tab on top all the time use PowerMenu, DeskPins and similar.
Should work on Chrome as well.
