How to manually disable internal speaker when using earphone via jack

I had to bypass autodect because it only worked on the mic jack not earphones.
Now both sound comes out of both earphone and internal speakers. How to disable the internal speaker?

My computer Win 11 build is
21H2 (Build 22000:2416)

Can't look up which model the computer is, not given in your My Computer but generally Desktops don't have internal speakers for the Operating System [but may have a small speaker for the BIOS errors]. Usually the external speakers plug into a light green port on the back of the case. Plugging a headset into the port on the front of the case cuts off the port on the back of the case. The microphone port is separate from speaker output. Some motherboards have other ports such as Line-in and Line-out. Some computers can use speakers in either front or back port and same for a headset. The biggest difference is speakers are usually self-powered for the amplifier in them while the headset isn't, doesn't need it.

The usual method is to plug in the earphones, then select that device as the default device. But if you have bypassed autodetect, then I am not sure.

Selecting default device is in settings > sound > more sounds > select your chosen playback device then select set default.

if this is a system you bought, providing the OEM (Dell, HP, etc.) and model number would be a better way than this System Information summary.

Try searching for an app called Realtek Audio Console and see if there is a setting to make that front panel connection independent of the audio back panel or not.

Yes built by Fuijtsu. Its a FMVWD2D2D7. It is a desktop. The DVD player is pain because it is sideways and troublesome to get it close properly.
