How to remove this ribbon/taskbar in Explorer?

Sorry about the poor image quality, I'm not at home so I'm using a pic I took last week when my WiFi was down. Basically, I can't figure out which software to use to remove this ribbon entirely. I have managed to do it before, but the change reverted when I updated to the latest Windows version, and I just don't remember how I went about it.

Anyone know this off the top of their head?

New Version of ExplorerPatcher

I believe there is a new version of ExplorerPatcher released today it is version 22000.258.30.2 It has more options in the settings section

I meant the toolbar above the thickest line, where I had censored my username.
I genuinely don't remember why I put the other line there, this pic was taken a few weeks ago when I first posted on reddit, so maybe I also asked about the little menu thing below the path. In any case, the issue is already solved.
