You can uninstall WMP legacy if not needed in settings-apps- Optional features. If you want to keep it and just remove the context menu for it use Nirsoft's ShellExview.

I'm keeping WMP Legacy until Microsoft's new WMP can do the same things. The new one still can't see MP3s on my network shares.
