how to restore personal folder

As i stated in the title i want to bring back the personal folder in their default location like Document, download, picture... is it possible?

Right click the folder, such as documents and then go to the location tab, and select Restore default.

thank you it is not onedive because I disabled years ago. I think my problem is greater than that
it started when I upgraded to bigger ssd, so I cloned the windows using minitool free version. I followed a youtube video
and every thing went well, once finished I booted from the new ssd and it booted just fine.
As I was going out I did not have a chance to play with it, now I've found that all my personal folders are missing. please see the picture,
can I restore them or install them from another copy of windows, sorry I dont know what to do?

OR are you referring to the quick access folders in navigation pane (on the left)?
