How to uninstall Click To Do and Recall

These 2 apps just popped up in my start menu. They don't have an uninstall button and when I ran HiBit Uninstaller which normally would allow me to uninstall apps that don't have an uninstall button, they aren't even listed in the list of Microsoft Apps
