Solved How To Uninstall These Apps/Software?

Hello everyone,

I am trying to find a solution for the following problem.

-> Original Laptop: LG Gram (with original Windows installation from when I bought it)

-> Put SSD into new Asus Laptop

Problem: I still have LG apps installed which I don't want (need) anymore since the SSD is in a new laptop.

Whenever I try to uninstall the apps, I get the following error message (see screenshot).

I recommend trying this . . .

Watch the video first, and then try the free uninstaller software. I've tried it before to uninstall 3rd party software that would not uninstall, and it worked perfectly at uninstalling the 3rd party software without any problems whatsoever. Highly recommend.

Click OK button and use Revo uninstaller scan option to remove leftovers.

It sounds like your LG software is very deeply integrated into a modified OS install.
Since it was originally from an LG laptop yes? You might need to start with a clean drive and fresh install into your ASUS laptop to be rid of the LG software.

Which it always does. The PRO version is so totally worth it. Saves me from a lot of hand-tweaking and even then I can't be sure that the unwanted program is completely, and I mean, completely erased. Like it never got installed. Everyone should get this program. And their customer support is also very good.

What's not to like?

The last time I upgraded I went from the paid installed version to the portable version. Now I can use it on all of my computers.
