I know I'm a pain in the A$$ about this, but when I type in netplz a little box should appear with a check mark in it telling me that all users need to sign in. That little box isn't anywhere to find. How do I get it back.
Thanks

You mean Netplwiz, I assume, and this check-box.....

See the note in this tutorial.....

If you turned on For improved security, only allow Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts on this device (aka: passwordless sign-in), you will not see the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer check box until you turn off For improved security, only allow Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts on this device.

fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.

Yea, that little box. But your instructions on how to get that little box to reappear are hard to understand. I would know what to do if that little box was there, but just trying to get the little box to come back is what I'm after.
Thanks

You just need to turn off Passwordless sign-in. You can do that in Settings or with a registry change, both options are in this tutorial.

Okay this page is what I'm looking for. Last night I had to do a clean install of windows 11 on my other computer. When I heard about turning off the Windows 11 taskbar and/or changing it to look like windows 10, I did, and now I can't find what your asking me to look for. But where is page?
