Solved I changed my profile name in reg edit and computer management, now I have issues.

I changed my profile name in registry editor and in computer management app and restarted my computer. For some reason it is not using that folder now and is using c:\Users\TEMP for my profile folder.
I have tried setting things in registry editor and computer management like it was before and restarting but it is still using the c:\Users\TEMP folder.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

If, and that's a strong IF, I was able to log on with Admin rights I'd use Control Panel, Users and set up a new Local Account with Admin. rights using a slightly different name, by at least one character difference, then Sign Out [right-click of the Start button] then reboot, should get a choice of 2 Users and choose the new one then make other changes such as removing the one not desired. Whether wanting a Microsoft Account is up to you, a clean install or new setup of Win11 doesn't want to start with a Local Account.

Don't think it necessary to point out the dangers to Windows when playing in the Registry, it is a set of Hives [text files] that Windows reads to know how to do things with the resources and programs it has available.

Open register and go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
Is there a S-1-xxxx.bak?
