I choose a picture as my desktop background, but theme option still shows "windows spotlight"

I choose a picture as my desktop background, but in the theme option, it still shows "windows spotlight". It doesn't affect my desktop background, I just wonder is it normal in windows11? When I choose the default background ,it can display the name correctly. I use the gepedit to stay in 23H2 because I'm still using the windows mr.

Spotlight is just the theme for Windows.
As long as you have the picture as your wallpaper, you should be good

On the page where you took this screenshot, does it say anywhere that this is managed by your organisation? Is it a Student Account?
