They mean they don't have tabbed Explorer and UWP apps like Notepad. It was introduced as part of a Windows 11 update - can't remember which - and it should be enabled by default.

@sypqys is that build number definitely correct?

Have you tried using the /enable switch as recommended by the tool? I've never used it myself but I know others on this forum have used it with success.

Then I would recommend that you remove all of those first and check if the tabs appear again. There is a possibility one of your customisation tools has a bug or has crashed for some reason.

Your syntax is wrong, it should be the following:

vivetool /enable /id:37634385

You don't need the "2" on the end which it seems is now used with the /variant switch. If that doesn't work then look at removing those third-party customisation tools which I suspect are the actual reason why the tabs no longer being displayed correctly.
