I have a Dell laptop and a wireless Dell keyboard

When I type on the wireless keyboard, sometimes when I press a key, the letter doesn't appear as if the keys are sticking even though they are not sticking.

The keyboard on the laptop is no problem, so it's the wireless keyboard. I recently downloaded some updates and that didn't fix the problem.

Is there a way I can "reset" the keyboard or something?

What is causing this and how do I fix this?

Do you have a USB "receiver" for that keyboard, plugged into the laptop? Have you tried moving it to another USB port?

Is the wireless keyboard's battery fully charged?
Are you certain that you are pressing the key all the way down?
Is the problem happening for some keys or all keys?
Have you tried cleaning underneath the key in case the problem is caused by fluff underneath them that's stopping them being pressed all the way down despite feeling to you like they have been? [I use the long-haired end of my electric shaver brush for this.]

It seems like everything is working ok now, so I have no idea what fixed this problem. Just to be sure, I moved the receiver to another USB port.

Thank you for that suggestion.
