ideapad gaming 3 Bluetooth headphone sound is shuttering and lagging

dears

my laptop is ideapad gaming 3 with realtek bluetooth card which have a problem at the sound is shuttering and lagging .

troubleshoot did

install alot of versions of win 10 and 11

install the official BT driver from lenovo website

alot of internet troubleshooting

tried alot of different BT headphones but same problem with all of them .

i believe the problem is regarding the Card driver as it happen before and iv` tried one driver from the internet which solved the problem but unfortunately

it back again after automatic windows update .



the problem is annoying me as i cant use any BT headphone

Try disabling Realtek HD Audio in the BIOS.

See if your current BT card is 4.0. If so, get a cheap BT5 adapter. I had the same issue with some Beats and BT5 resolved the issue. Inexpensive way to test:

Actually it's 5.0 but I will try an external adapter
This problem happened before and after alot of trying with the troubleshooting with a lot of different drivers it worked normally unless the windows 11 update. The sound laggy problem back again
