What is that? and where would something like that come from?

I should really only have My Standard user Microsoft account and my Admin Account

Yes i did sign in using authenication app on phone after UEFi bios update on 3/26, as normally Roboform password manager stores my passwords and didn't know my MS Account password to re sign in, or reconfigure pin at that time.

Though it hasn't disappeared after i signed into Account since lol
