Hey I have been having this issue for a few weeks now ever since I first installed my arc b580, my system is x570 ud, ryzen 5 3600 and arcb580. When installing the card I used DDU to get rid of old Nvidia drivers then installed the new intel ones. I have also updated the bios and the amd chipset. The performance of the card is quite horrible performing worse than my old gtx 1660 super. I have contacted intel support so far they are no help......I dug into the event log and saw the issue stated in the title with driver error problem status:0xC00000E5 OEM12.inf. I have attached a image any help is appreciated! ( ran ddu many times and reinstalled drivers countless times issue never went away)
