Intel Core 7 250H confirmed as Raptor Lake Refresh CPU

 VIDEOCARDZ:

Meet the Core 200H series, which lacks the Ultra moniker and is not part of the upcoming Arrow Lake lineup. Details about the Core 200H models are not precisely known yet, but some laptops have been prematurely listed by retailers, without confirming what these CPUs actually are.

Contrary to what one might expect, these are not Meteor Lake rebrands but rather rebrands of Raptor Lake, as confirmed by a new entry on Geekbench.

Specifically, the CPU called Core 7 250H has been identified as Raptor Lake silicon featuring 6 P-Cores and 8 E-Cores, with a base frequency of 2.5 GHz and a boost clock of 5.2 GHz. These specs match those of the Raptor Lake-based Core i7-13800H, which was introduced a bit later after the initial 13th gen Core Raptor Lake lineup. It also shares the same clock and core configuration. The part is designed for 45W base power and is primarily a solution for gaming laptops.
