my assistant has a stuck update wants to update enhanced game mode it says it is an unknown failure game mode is turned on, but update will not go through. concerned it will block any further updates.
Contacted Best Buy their remote agent said it was intel website issue? How? Can anyone help me clear error out of assistant?

Try uninstalling Intel Driver Support Assistant. I suggest using Revo Uninstaller Free. After uninstall is complete use the scan funtion within Revo to find leftover files and registry entries. Check every item it finds and delete them
Restart. Go to Intel Site. Download and reinstall Intel Driver & Support Asst. again.

tried uninstaller as you suggested and looked for leftovers deleted. Did notice one thing Intel Driver and support assistant was 32-bit version my system is 64 bits. Could that be the problem? I have performed driver updates all have worked except enhanced game mode failure that failure is note as unknown.

as long I have your attention, I have one other issue or let's say two. I just bought a new Dell laptop, my old Dell one these work fine Facebook and Win11 forum. Win11, I want to be login, and Facebook I want to click on profile photo to log in. My new Dell laptop neither work been told by AI co-piolet that Edge Cashe needs to be cleared of corrupt entries I have tried to clear Cashe do not know if it is? how
1) how do I know if it is clear?
2) is there a way to know what is in Cashe so see if there are bad information?
3) anything else can make those personal settings in Win11 and Facebook work?
