Intel® UHD Graphics 770 enabled lower FPS in games with NVIDIA

I have i5-13600K and RTX 4080. If i enable Intel iGPU i have lower FPS in games with NVIDIA. If i disable iGPU FPS are normal.

Running off your discrete GPU while the integrated graphics card remains enabled causes lower FPS due to conflicting resources between the two. For normal PC use the drop is not enough to affect use, but it could be noticeable when gaming.

Your nVidia card is very powerful. What possible performance boost you expect if you enable the iGPU? It would be negligible. I would just lower or disable some visual effects in the game if I wanted more FPS. However, you are not going to see any difference from 60 FPS and over, it is placebo.

    Legacy MBR installation, no TPM, no Secure Boot, no WDDM 2.0 graphics drivers, no SSE4.2, cannot get more unsupported ;) This is only my test laptop. I had installed Windows 11 here before upgrading my main PC. For my main PC I use everyday see my 2nd system specs.
