Windows 11 for Workstations
Well this is confusing - windows update says I need to install:

INTEL - System - 10.1.7.4 and
INTEL - System - 10.1.7.4

Really unhelpful - it needs to distinguish what device the driver update is for etc..

I believe that is chipset driver. It appears there are several new drivers for that device on Dell site. Running OEM drivers is preferable to letting windows update change your drivers.
If you have Dell Command Update installed, it will update your drivers for you or if you have uninstalled the app you can download the updated drivers yourself..

As a second option, you can go to Intel, run their driver support assist tool, and it will update all outdated Intel drivers
If you choose to you can disable windows update from installing drivers.
