I've been working on a project recently for Internet Explorer, and as such I've been using IE at school instead of, let's say, Edge. I added some search providers today, and when I go to try remove or modify them or even test if they work, I go to the "Manage add-ons" menu and it only shows Toolbars and Extensions. Do I need a new inetcpl.cpl file? Do I need to downgrade IE? Please tell me what's happening.

On all my other operating systems with IE11 on it [8.1, 10], it displays fine.

And yes, I know I'm using an outdated browser. That's the point.

PLEASE NOTE - PICTURE IS A MOCKUP AS I DON'T WANT TO SHARE FILES INBETWEEN MY SCHOOL LAPTOP, I AM POSTING THE IMAGE FROM MY WINDOWS 8.1 MACHINE SO THE WINDOW IS DIFFERENT
