Is Beta behind Release Preview, given its 23H2 rather than 24H2

Microsoft have split which Windows 11 builds the Beta and Release Preview channels are on probably so they can continue to implement and test changes to 23H2 (Beta channel) and Release Preview (24h2) concurrently. I think there was a post on one of the official MS Windows blogs explaining the reasons.
