Is it possible to set "stay asleep" times for a bedroom pc?

I don't want to be woken at 3am by a computer waking up, turning on the tv it's connected to and setting off a cascade of fans, LEDs, and rgbs. Is there a way to set windows to suppress wake events at night time?

Why don't you put the computer on hibernation mode? You set the time delay after sleep mode to it enter hibernation

the wake timers seem to trigger anyways
