Lately, every time I turn on my PC without Wi-Fi, it always shows widgets and the Wi-Fi or Ethernet icon. If I want to access the lock screen, I have to use (Ctrl + Alt + Delete). Before, if there was no Wi-Fi, it would just say "No Wi-Fi" and wouldn’t show widgets. How can I make it go back to how it was before? This seems strange. Thank you for your help.
