Your password at Outlook for your email account, add 2FA? Or generate a new app passwords.

You could of been severely compromised when you posted that video, here and at the macrumors forum.

Detailed screen recorded video of the problem plays on mobile but not on PC/laptop after importing it there. however, it plays in vlc media player. storing this video file on a desktop or elsewhere does not show the video icon. video files can be recognized easily but not this screen-recorded video file.
should I post these video files on this forum. would your media player including vlc media player would be able to play it?
