Sometimes.

The amount of flex of the CPU heat spreader varies.

But the frame is cheap, and easy to swap in. May void various warranties, of course.

The thermalright cpu frame does even out and reduce temperatures on the the cpu cores, at least on my Intel system.

You have to be careful when installing so not to bend cpu pins, and don't overtighten.

I've probably built more computers in Antec cases than anything else. I've had Antec 300's, 302's, P180's, P182's, Last handful of years they have been a bit stagnant, but they came back with the Antec Flux Pro case this year which has received raving reviews from build quality, choose of options and fastistic cooling.

My own personal desktop and wife's desktop right now runs in a Fractal Meshify S2 (mine is white, hers is black). Not my actual PC, but it's the same case I have. Tons of room for water cooling, 9 fans, long video cards, and tremendous airflow. I have 0 complaints.

My own personal desktop and wife's desktop right now runs in a Fractal Meshify S2 (mine is white, hers is black). Not my actual PC, but it's the same case I have. Tons of room for water cooling, 9 fans, long video cards, and tremendous airflow. I have 0 complaints.
