Solved /KB5022913-cumulative-update-preview-for-windows-11-build-22621-1344-(22h2)

I downloaded and installed this morning but when it restarted it booted to my windows desktop screen and also a white screen
There are only 2 icons in the task bar but it will not allow me to do anything
I have done a sytem restore until I can sort out the issue

pretty sure it is related to that
I had a old version of startallback and t-clock
and my windows did boot but i had to close StartAllBack
windows 11 did actually told me to close it
I did uninstall that old version and installed newest version and thought I had fixed it
but after another reboot I no longer had any icons on my desktop or explorer
and file properties did not work either

I did restore everything with a macrium reflect backup :)

I now no longer use t-clock (it is no longer updated anyway)

next time ill just uninstall StartAllBack first before updating :)
