I have installed this but only getting black screen on reboot
Any suggestions please

If you have system restore enabled you can go into recovery options at boot (hold down shift key thru boot process until recovery options appear) Select Troubleshoot>select system restore. Attempt to restore to a point before you applied the update.

You can also use usb installation media to enter the recovery environment by booting from the media and selecting 'repair your computer',then system restore

I think that you might just have to do a Glasskuter asks. I hope you do have Restore points
to work with.


Allot of people on this forum found out the hard way (as you did) to never install "preview"
updates.

I just manually installed the KB5030310 update, but I don't see the new explorer or ungroup functions in the taskbar.
