Two problems really...
First is the KB keys diagonally from 2WSX don't work. A few months ago sent it to Lenovo and 4 months later they returned it and it worked, Now it's back a again. Tried everything I found on line but still no go.
Second is every now and then it wont boot up.
The KB lights go on and the power key is green but no matter hat I do the screen is black. The initial Dell logo does not come up either.
I have every update from MS and Dell System Support and no diag program sees any problem.
I am at a loss and would be grateful for any suggestions please.
