Light-duty, but full performance Micro-PC and Monitor

I noticed that Dell no longer sells the Monitor & Optiplex Ultra combo. I am looking for the bits and pieces to put together a similar combo, along the lines of the following.

W11 Micro-PC, built-in power supply (not an external power supply box), can be easily secured to the back of a 1080p monitor (19"- 24")
Has at least 2 USB ports for Keyboard and Mouse
RJ-45 port or WiFi

Any suggestions for putting together the Micro-PC and Monitor combo?

(Some background info: Come W10 EOS, I will be throwing away an All-In-One with a perfectly good monitor don't want to repeat the experience)

If it's still working I would wipe it clean, re-install Windows 10 then donate it or Install a version of Linux.

Love my beelink mini pcs. They would fit that bill.

Do any of them not have an external power brick?

I don't know, but I'd bet that all have external PSUs.
