The .jpeg/.jpg files are images such as photographs. The .cdr files are from CorelDRAW, most likely images also. I haven't had CorelDRAW or Adobe PhotoShop in some time. I haven't tried anything but have heard of programs that can extract text from photos, probably something like OCR/Optical Character Recognition.

cbr it is rar files has jpeg files
Sorry, misread the cbr part.

A .rar or .zip or .7z compressed file has to have the contents extracted so as to be usable. Usually the program used to compress will also decompress, Windows File Explorer can Extract .zip files, on the right-click context menu of the file. Just checked a couple of .rar files and File Explorer recognizes them as compressed but does not support decompressing, guess I may need a program for that format.

Well, there's this project: GitHub - ogkalu2/comic-translate: Desktop app for automatically translating comics - BDs, Manga, Manhwa, Fumetti and more in a variety of formats (Image, Pdf, Epub, cbr, cbz, etc) and in multiple languages. But it's not for lazy windows users (installing and using is a bit more tedious - than the usual automated Windows apps). So hey, if you have the patience - follow their step by step tutorial - for installation (including requirements) and usage. It's pretty advanced at what it can do - not to mention it's free.
