I have just set up a laptop for my granddaughter and somehow the email I set up for her has gone astray and I don't know how I can get it back. Any help[ really appreciated.

It might help get better answers if you would tell us what email app you used and what is the domain of the email address you set up (ie @whatever)
When you say "gone astray" do you mean it's just not working correctly or did it disappear?

It is ok Glasscutter I found the issue it was just that I set it up under .hotmail.com and they have changed it to outlook.com:rolleyes:
