I saw that I had a notification of a new email from the VA on my iPhone but when I went there with the new Outlook it was not there. It was of significant importance. I checked all my folders like delete, junk etc.
I went to the site and read it. Is it often that new Outlook drops a message? Has anyone else experienced this?
I am getting my mail as far as I know. Do I have a settings wrong in New Outlook?

PS I found this by Googling= Yes, users have reported issues with the new Outlook, including emails and folders appearing missing, which can be due to synchronization problems, filters, or other settings.

No need to reply. I wonder if Windows wants users to subscribe to 365 ?

Is Outlook setup to group conversations? Grouping email can be problematic. Check the settings. Also check that emails are showing as most recent first

Settings appear fine. No matter as others appear to have the same issue. I always rely on my phone as a check along with Windows...
To my knowledge it has not happened before - I think.

From the ads I've been seeing you probably are right. It is a bit confusing with Office 365 and Microsoft 365 and the Cloud computing being touted.

Never thus far on 5 Email Accounts setup with New Outlook.
I have another Email client setup with those same Email Accounts, so I know for sure. Reliability is a main requirement for me.

Maybe, you should also check the settings for each Email Account by going direct via Webmail. It is not unknown for Email providers to change their features and filters.

What I do get is some Emails going rather too easily to the Junk Email folder, but you can change that by marking.
