Yes, just expand the app under processes..
IT will tell you what each tab is doing, but it won't label the browser window and tab instance.. so it's not that much help..
This is for Brave, but same as Chrome
I have 3 browser windows and 28 tabs active across them.

Outside of the manual process that S0C9 has shown you, I had a look around to see if tab processes could be expanded by default when Task Manager starts, and failed to find anything 20 pages deep into a Google search.
I couldn’t find a way.
I would of thought there would of been a way to create a shortcut and add a command to it to make it happen.
Maybe someone knows?

    …still on a horse.
Look at either Windows Task Manager, with all attribute columns enabled..., or Chrome's Task Manager with all columns enabled...
You probably won't understand the half of it, but........ 🤷‍♂️

Short answer is No. Task Manager reads each process's name as it's loaded from disk, and it can't be altered after it's running. A thread can update its own window title, but that's not what Task Manager is reporting. So you can't see what each browser tab is doing.

Otherwise a malicious app can hide itself by pretending to be something safe.

The only app I know that can do something similar is edge.

So you can't see what each browser tab is doing
Edge has a Browser Task Manager. Chrome does too, but I don't use Chrome. It's probably similar to the one in Edge.
In Edge 3 dots>more tools>Browser Task Manager. You can expand a process in Browser Task Manager to find it's PID. You can right click on the process for more information about it. There you will also see each https that browser task passed through to get to its destination.
Tasks can be killed from Browser Task Manager.

If you want to know which task in Task Manger is associated with the PID go back to Task Manager and expand the instances of Edge until you find the one that is associated with that PID.

I can't see how I would ever be interested tp getting down to this deep nitty gritty to need that information. But I guess IT techs could find a use for it.
