Mariadb data into EXCEL - Ms Query now legacy so what replaces it

Hi folks
In the past very easy to get data from a Mariadb /MySQL DB into EXCEL via Get Data etc and use the MsQery facility. It's now only available if you go to options in Excle, select data and enable the legacy application Msquery.

I use this a lot - what's going to replace it -- or does something else work. Note also to use this method you need to install the MySQL community 8.4 OBDC driver on Windows.
