Windows 11
I am not sure what happen but I get an offer to install 24H2 and I refused for a while
When I finally agree,it took a lot of time to install it(no idea why,my laptop is not weak and my internet speed is lot slow),after the install, I though now I have 24H2 installed.

When I went to About to see my windows version,it shows that I am using 23H2 so what happen to 24H2

Since then I start experiencing weird things and I have no idea if the update was the problem or something else

1.My dGPU will just not turn off no matter what(even in safe mode, even if I disable it it device manager)
The laptop have an led indicator that tells me if the dgpu is powered on or off(while for igpu and red for dgpu)
The only way to make it show while is to force the laptop to use my igpu from msi center but that way,the dgpu is completely off
It's like windows it powering the dgpu even before loading windows and keeps it on

2.Playing games, the games randomly think I disconnect my controller but the controller is still connected, there is no indications at all from windows that the controller is disconnected but games stop accepting input

Will the last like do something like a reinstall?
Now that I think about it,I remember on my old laptop when I install the latest igpu drivers, that was casing my dgpu to constantly get turned on
C:\Windows\System32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.

Will the last like do something like a reinstall?
No.

'DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth' will check for faulty OS files.

Instead of repairing them in situ, as carried out by 'sfc /scannow' , this command will download any files it finds corrupt from MS.
