Media streaming keeps getting turned off after each reboot

Media streaming keeps getting turned off after each reboot. Tried all the suggestions that I could find (Enable or Disable DLNA Media Streaming in Windows 10 and Windows 11 Tutorial, Media streaming not working or turned on in Windows 11/10) to no avail. Media streaming works with no issues while it's turned ON. Media streaming stays ON until the PC is rebooted.

Windows 11 Pro 22H2 (Build 22621.1992)

For anyone else dealing with this issue... Windows 11 turns off Media streaming on reboot IF your User Account Control settings are NOT set to the default/recommended User Account Control settings. If you have them set to the default/recommended settings, Media streaming remains ON after reboot. I did NOT have this issue in Windows 10.
