Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 download manager wants some IE proxy firewall exceptions

Hi guys,
I purchased MS Office Pro 2021 Plus, downloaded the download manager to my local PC, but when trying to run the download manager I get an odd error "Please check your Internet Explorer proxy settings and add the Download Manager to your firewall exceptions".
I am on W1122H2, thus, don't have IE explorer.
I added the download manager to the Virus & threat protection settings using Add and remove exclusions at the bottom of the page, rebooted the PC, but still get this error.
Can anybody advise what I need to do?

The way you install this product is to logon to your MS account and provide the licence key. MS then verifies the key, and if successful provides a download link to install the software. After installation you need to logon to an application such as Word with your MS account, which then activates the software. This process registers that the product has been installed on your PC.

I don't know what download manager you are referring to.

If this stuff needs a download manager it's pirated or comes from an otherwise "Un-Official source". Office 2019 was the last version which provided actual isos.

All Office 2021 LTSC products are either retail in which case you provide as the previous poster has said a key and then Ms will install the product, and activation occurs the ist time you open any office app and accept the license agreement, or are VL enterprise versions which will be handled via your businesse's licensing system.
