I often cannot get Outlook to start up. I sense that the system thinks that the program is already running. I have to go to Outlook in the Taskbar and "end task" to get Outlook to start working agin. During the day I can close Outlook, but then I have the same problem and must again use Taskbar to get it to run. Is there a way to solve this problem?
