Solved Microsoft popup closes immediately after opening on PIN set up.

When I try to set up a pin or change my password to my system the Microsoft popup just closes right after opening for a while.
I have already tried the following:
sfc /scannow
Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /CheckHealth
Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /ScanHealth
Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
 
Windows Build/Version
Windows 11 23H2

Reset Setting app or reinstall setting app.

Open the Command Prompt as admin and execute the below commands one at a time.

I ran the command on Powershell with admin privileges but the problem persists.

Make sure to restart your computer and update Windows 11 to 24h2 version.

You can also add to your account password by executing below command prompt command.

When I check for updates, it says I am up to date.

You're still on 23h2 version, use Windows 11 update assistance to upgrade to 24h2 version.

You have to uninstall Voicemeeter driver or app to upgrade.
