Missing Recycle bin and some other ones.

Just installed latest 24H2 to enroll it in Insider Beta. Noe I have few problems which I guess are result of letting installation synchronize with with same Windows on another disk installation. Recycle bin and control Panel are missing from desktop. Also when I tried to make desktop folders in which I usually keep some programs so it doesn't clutter desktop I'm told that they already exist under same name but when I agree to replace they don't show up. In found and made a link to control Panel but can't do same with Trashcan.
PS. did this but still non recycle bin

Let's start with this:

Right-click on the desktop and select View. Make sure that Show desktop icons is selected.



If that still does not help, right-click on the desktop again and select Personalize > Themes > Desktop icon settings.

Check the items that you want displayed (for example, Recycle Bin) and then click on OK.

Nope, both tried.
Recycle bin I sorta got by copying from File explorer but it's just a link with funny right click menu, nothing like normal.
The other problem with folders, I found them in User>Documents>Desktop and renamed slightly so they show now although problem remains.
In mean time found anther thing. Right click menu still shows #Show more options" and opens more of menu although I applied same registry fix as before.

Because of problems I've had in the past, I always disconnect the other drives and only connect the drive I'm installing Windows on. It may be best to just start over.

I don't think it synced from other disk but from telemetry from previous installation of insider dev.Those were not real files, folders and programs but their links and place holder. Looking in the APPs list, al that are not native defaults that install with mew windows, APPs were in the start menu but when I tried to run them they had to be downloaded again. same with those duplicate folders on desktop, just empty folders.
