monectdevices.sys preventing Memory Integrity from enabling

I'm trying to enable memory integrity on my laptop and its telling me to resolve any issues I have with drivers. When I review the incompatible drivers, the only one to show up is monectdevices.sys. I have searched every directory using any search software I could find and it seems to me this driver isn't on my machine. Any assistance would be appreciated!

You need to make sure you're giving us the correct device driver name, so we can search for information about the driver.

This file will be at C:\Windows\System32\DRIVERS directory but should be uninstalled using device manager.

Can you view drivers in the Driver Store? (C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore)

I've had trouble with drivers retained there, even if they were from software that has been uninstalled.

It's possible to delete drivers form there, although it's more complicated because of permissions.

You can try RAPR (DriverStore Explorer, available from GitHub) which can list all drivers in the DriverStore folder, sort them by manufacturer and age, show duplicates and allow you to remove them, forcibly if needed. The app is very powerful and can cause a lot of damage if used without care.
Autoruns from Sysinternals (also available from the MS Store) can also show drivers, services and tasks that may be referenced even if not currently in use, it also allows you to temporarily disable items & jump to the registry & task entries if you need to remove them. This app is as dangerous but useful as RAPR, use with caution.
Running both apps as admin should get around any permission issues.
Both apps are free.
It would be wise to make a full system image/ backup of personal data before attempting to make changes with the above apps.

If the driver is associated with software, the software needs to be removed as well.

I found that a driver by this name is used by PC Remote Receiver 6.0.1 and game streaming software. You can attempt to update the driver from the manufacturer,

If that doesn't work you can uninstall it. This article tells you all the files associated with it and there are a lot of them.

I also found where monectdevices.sys is also a driver associated with software developed by KasherLab Technology, a company out of China. One piece of software they make is Ext2 Volume Manager (used for viewing Linux partition from inside Windows) BleepingComputer has also found malware associated with this company as well. This is not to be confused with software developed by Kasher Lab which makes medical software.
If this is the case:

1. I would first scan with Malwarebytes. Quarantine anything it finds. Then remove everything it quarantined. MWB installs as a free trial of the Premium realtime version. After trial ends it reverts to the free version of MWB. Then you can keep the free version and run manual scans or uninstall MWB.
