Moved to Macrium Reflect x home from EaseUS Workstation

I have been using EaseUS for years. In the past never any problems. But on a regular reinstall test it failed saying unable to access WinPE. It did this one two W11 installs and it was unable to create recovery USB's for the same reason. I contacted support arranged a online chat and lodged onto my laptop. After I time I was told for them to fix it I had to have a premium account. Given I was unclear if they actually would fix it I pointed out I was unhappy with this. Net result I tried Macrium and after a lot of messing about getting USB sticks they wold work (thanks to FreeBooter) with it I have switched. Yes I had two lifetime licenses of the Workstation but whats the point if they stopped working? I do wonder if my ones were broken by an update some weeks ago which does look odd to be that I have the problem on two PC's after it.
