MS Office 365 Managing Subscription issue

Hello There

Everytime i try to manage on MS Account site shows a bestbuy page, that says the following: Sorry, there's a problem on our end. Please call us at 1-800-433-5778 and we'll help you renew your plan or service.

How would i go about fixing this?

When i login to my Bestbuy account--it says subscription is active and not due for Payment til December 2025

If i do a clean install for Christmas, will it solve this issue? As plan on updating Boot M.2 and Adding Game M.2 as well

nope. that error has been shown for at least 2 months. i've been trying to resolve it for one of my clients as well.

Oh ok, well at least i'm not only one lol.

Still may do a clean install, thought about cloning, but since i got system in July, not sure if good idea or not to do the Cloning lol

no, you're definitely not. 99.999999999999999999% odds its Microsoft fault.. everything else is. as far as cloning, it really just depends on how heavily tweaked your system is and if you want to reapply all tweaks (if there are many). if it would only take a few hours to set up how you prefer, i would say do a clean install.

Well system isn't heavily tweaked, mostly default settings for various things, kept up to date regularly, just decided for Christmas to get my preferred M.2 drives versus keeping using the Kingston NVMe drive system came with.

As for the Office issue guess someday that will solve, so guess not gonna worry on that too much

Sounds like a browser hijack. You visit these nefarious suppliers of software, you suffer the consequences

EDIT
What happens when you use another computer in a different location? Are you logging onto live.com or outlook.com?

LOL chill with spreading conspiracies. its a hiccup between best buy and Microsoft. i know 100% its a legit best buy purchase as i'm sure the OP does for theirs. take that ridiculous post down.

Well i originally purchased MS Office 365 with Laptop purchase in 2017 for 5 years @ Bestbuy so just kept it with Them since when the 5 years ran out in 2021 i think it was

Guess sometime it will fix i suppose

Don't have a solution, had the same issue with an inexpensive HP Notebook from Dec. 5, '23. Got it just for the Microsoft 365 for learning about it, now it's expired Other than that still worth the 175USD from Wal*Mart, runs LibreOffice quite well.
