Solved ms-wpc error message on Version 23H2

I keep getting this single error when trying to something and there is no app in the store for it.


My account was previously managed by my parents, currently it's not.
Code:

You do not tell us what you are doing to get this.
Any way:
open an elevated powershell (right click start -> "command prompt (admin)" -> enter "powershell") and run the following command:

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Let it run until completion and see if that fixes it for you. I think it is related to XBox.

The Build number suggests the computer is in the Insider Preview, I'm on the RTM and Version 23H2 isn't being offered yet.

It's related to content restrictions put upon your user within Microsoft Family. Manager of the Family account must go into the Family Account and remove all the blocks that has been put on your account. Manager of the Family account must also change the account type for your account.
